Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document with clarity
Monitor resident status and report changes promptly to the interdisciplinary team
Collaborate with RNs and support staff to develop and follow individualized care plans
Maintain accurate clinical records and support regulatory compliance
Support patients and families with clear communication and a caring approach

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable with medication administration, wound care, and routine nursing tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Practical nursing skills including medication administration and basic assessments
Familiarity with documentation best practices and electronic charting (if applicable)
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
