Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; every other weekend and holiday required.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Document patient care accurately using PointClickCare EMR
Collaborate with CNAs and RNs to ensure quality care
Promote a home-like environment with strong teamwork

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Minnesota
BLS certification required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Comfortable with minimal IV medication administration
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PointClickCare EMR
Knowledge of common diagnoses: CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Diabetes
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
