Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in your assigned unit
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes to the care team
Document patient care, vitals, and observations clearly and promptly
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate care
Assist with procedures and support patient comfort and safety at all times

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Georgia required
Current BLS/CPR certification required or obtained upon hire
Completion of an accredited LPN training program
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-focused attitude
Previous LPN experience preferred but new grads considered

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing procedures
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Wound care and infection control principles
Charting and electronic medical record (EMR) familiarity
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
