Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess patient condition and communicate changes to the care team
Document care thoroughly in the patient record and maintain accurate charts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and follow care plans
Support patients and families with education, empathy, and clear communication

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN licensure (appropriate state license required)
Valid BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Clinical experience caring for patients in a long-term care or acute setting preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Current immunizations and ability to meet facility-specific onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program
Completion of state licensure requirements for LPN or RN

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and safety protocols
Proficient in patient assessment and chronic condition management
Comfortable with electronic health records and documentation
Excellent prioritization, time management, and delegation skills
Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
