Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team
Document care activities and observations clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, physicians and support staff to deliver quality care
Support resident comfort and dignity while promoting independence
Participate in care planning and follow-through on assigned tasks

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact-state equivalent if applicable)
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing procedures
Medication administration and safety
Electronic medical record charting and documentation
Infection control and standard precautions
Effective communication with patients, families and colleagues
Time management and prioritization in clinical settings
