Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with attention to safety and dignity
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort
Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Prior LPN experience preferred but enthusiastic new grads are welcome to apply

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited practical nursing program; high school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Infection control and safety protocols
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Compassionate bedside manner and effective communication
