Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care team members to coordinate care
Educate residents and families about care plans and health needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the charting system
Assist with admissions, transfers, and safe patient handling

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required immunizations
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Infection control and safety protocols
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical environment
Teamwork and clear communication with interdisciplinary staff
