Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as an LPN, making every interaction count
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to care plans
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to RN or provider promptly
Assist with daily living activities and promote resident independence and dignity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Support admissions, discharges, and transitions with clear communication and empathy

Qualifications

Current LPN license valid in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with medication administration, wound care basics, and charting
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN (Practical Nursing) program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing principles and LPN scope of practice
Familiarity with medication administration and documentation standards
Good clinical assessment skills and the ability to escalate concerns appropriately
Compassionate bedside manner and strong patient/customer service focus
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced care environment and prioritize tasks
