Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with attention to safety and dignity
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
Assess patient status and communicate changes clearly to the care team
Support patient comfort needs and assist with activities of daily living
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely charting in the medical record and complete required paperwork
Adhere to infection control practices and facility protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (required)
CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Basic clinical experience in a long-term care or medical setting preferred
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent
Active LPN license

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Electronic health record (EHR) charting and clinical documentation
Infection prevention and basic wound care knowledge
Time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills
