Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice
- Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor patient status and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain clear, professional documentation in the patient record
- Support patient comfort and safety while promoting dignity and respect
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver seamless care
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential (Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN)
- Active license to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe, patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical nursing skills appropriate to the LPN scope of practice
- Medication administration and documentation
- Basic patient assessment and monitoring
- Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Time management and organization in a fast-paced clinical setting
