Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift; specific days and start/end times to be confirmed with the hiring team

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform routine assessments and document patient status in the medical record
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and families
Monitor and report changes in patient condition promptly to ensure quality care
Assist with care planning and support continuity of care during shift changes

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is a plus

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program (required)
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical nursing skills
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Infection control practices and safety protocols
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
