Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, days and nights, with on-call requirement (30-minute response time)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform interventional radiology procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic angiograms, stent placements, and more
Assist with advanced cardiac and vascular procedures such as Impella, IABP, and FFR
Operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment including Siemens and Phillips systems
Collaborate with cardiologists and nursing staff in a fast-paced Cath Lab & IR unit
Manage patient safety and comfort during high-volume cases (15-20 per day)
Maintain accurate documentation in Merge Hemo system

Qualifications

ARRT certification with Fluoroscopy license required
Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab
Experience with coronary and peripheral circulation required
Comfortable handling critically ill patients in a STEMI receiving center
BLS and ACLS certifications required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in using laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, Impella, IABP, FFR, and angiojet
Knowledge of Merge Hemo system preferred
Familiarity with Siemens and Phillips equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle high-volume procedures and work under pressure
