LPN – Outpatient Clinic

Location: Waimea, Hawaii

Start Date: 06-16-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasionally until 6:00 PM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on health management
Support clinic operations across Family Practice, Behavioral Health, and other departments

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Hawaii
Minimum 2 years of recent clinic experience
Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, or Internal Medicine preferred
Willingness to work at multiple clinic locations as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Proficient in patient charting and electronic medical records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of outpatient clinic workflows and procedures
