Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and toileting
Measure and record vital signs accurately and promptly communicate changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers and mobility support using proper body mechanics
Maintain patient dignity, comfort and safety while documenting care provided in a clear and timely way
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team
Follow infection control practices and facility protocols to keep patients and staff safe

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and performing physical aspects of patient care
Strong communication and teamwork attitude—you’re dependable and compassionate
Willingness to complete facility-required background checks and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

Personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Taking and recording vital signs reliably
Safe patient transfers and mobility assistance
Basic charting and documentation practices
Infection control and hand hygiene
Clear communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
