Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning
Maintain accurate documentation of care and daily observations
Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to deliver resident-centered support

Qualifications

Current CNA certification or equivalent (state requirements apply)
Comfortable assisting with ADLs, transfers, and basic nursing tasks
Reliable, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively in a team
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient-care and bedside manner skills
Good documentation and basic charting abilities
Clear communication with residents, families, and clinical staff
Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
Dependability, time management, and attention to detail
