Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Accurately take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support meal times and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate clearly with the care team and families about resident needs
Document care delivered in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Up-to-date basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Reliable, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
State CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong resident care and personal hygiene assistance skills
Basic knowledge of infection prevention and safety procedures
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Good communication and interpersonal skills with residents and team members
Dependable time management and documentation habits
