Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding as needed
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity and respect
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
Maintain clean, safe resident environments and follow infection control protocols
Participate in care planning and follow individualized care plans

Qualifications

Current and active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained upon hire
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Previous CNA or direct care experience preferred but new grads with certification are welcome
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient-centered attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Proven skills in assisting with ADLs and resident mobility
Knowledge of basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Familiarity with infection prevention and safe patient handling
Comfortable with electronic charting or paper documentation
Teamwork, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
