Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Support nursing staff by monitoring and recording vital signs and patient conditions
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote patient comfort and safety
Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes in patient status
Follow infection control practices and facility policies to protect patients and coworkers
Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active or eligible for CNA licensure in Georgia
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by the facility
Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient hygiene, ADLs, and basic bedside care
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
Knowledge of infection prevention and basic safety protocols
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Basic documentation skills and attention to detail
