Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to patients as a trusted CNA
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, comfortable environment
Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
Contribute to a positive patient experience through empathy, respect, and professionalism

Qualifications

Current and valid CNA certification (state-appropriate) in good standing
Prior experience as a CNA preferred but new grads from accredited programs welcome
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team
Ability to meet physical demands of patient care and follow facility policies

Education

Completion of an approved CNA training program
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care and basic clinical observation skills
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Infection control and standard precautions knowledge
Clear documentation and handoff communication
Empathy, patience, and strong time-management in a fast-paced setting
