Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
Support admissions, transfers and discharges with dignity and professionalism
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and coworkers
Document care accurately in patient records and follow care plans

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Demonstrated compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience in long-term care or clinical setting preferred

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with ADLs and mobility support techniques
Basic clinical skills: vital signs, documentation, observation
Understanding of infection prevention and safety protocols
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer or electronic charting familiarity is a plus
