Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality cardiopulmonary and respiratory therapy care for a diverse patient population
- Perform outpatient testing including pulmonary function tests, stress testing, and EEG testing with precision
- Support neonatal and high-risk delivery cases when needed, applying neonatal resuscitation skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and use electronic health records (EPIC experience is a plus)
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care, therapies, and equipment to support better outcomes
Qualifications
- Unrestricted Respiratory Therapist (RT) license for Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Basic Life Support (BLS); may be obtained upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP)
- At least 2 years of well-rounded RT experience with diverse patient populations
- Outpatient testing experience in stress tests, pulmonary function testing, and EEG testing
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
- EPIC experience preferred; bilingual Spanish skills a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge in respiratory therapy and cardiopulmonary care
- Proficiency in pulmonary function testing, stress testing, and outpatient testing workflows
- Experience with neonatal care and high-risk deliveries preferred
- Familiarity with EEG testing and related procedures
- Comfortable with electronic health records (EPIC) and accurate clinical documentation
- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting
