Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound exams including ABI, carotid, renal, aortic, abdominal, venous and arterial studies
• Execute lower extremity reflux studies and follow established vascular protocols
• Accurately document findings and maintain clear patient records in MediTech Expanse
• Operate and maintain GE ultrasound equipment to ensure reliable imaging
• Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams to prioritize patient care and workflow
• Provide clear patient education and compassionate care during procedures
• Manage complex study schedules independently and ensure timely reporting

Qualifications

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) — required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — required
• Must be registered in the state of New Hampshire (NH) — required
• Minimum ~2 years of vascular ultrasound experience (as listed in posting)
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) — preferred
• Familiarity with GE ultrasound systems and MediTech Expanse — preferred
• Comfort working independently and managing a busy case load

Knowledge & Skills

• Vascular ultrasound techniques: ABI, carotid, renal artery, aortic and abdominal studies
• Venous and arterial imaging and interpretation, including lower extremity reflux
• Proficiency with GE ultrasound platforms
• Experience documenting in MediTech Expanse or similar EMR systems
• Strong patient communication and positioning skills
• Time management and the ability to prioritize complex studies
