Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and assist the interventional cardiology team during procedures such as LHC, RHC, PCI and device support
• Prepare and operate cath lab equipment (GE systems) and specialized devices including Impella and IABP
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients in the cath lab environment when needed
• Collaborate closely with RNs and physicians to ensure timely patient flow and 1:1 patient care during procedures
• Document procedural details accurately in Meditech and maintain procedure-related supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• Cath lab experience required — candidates without cath lab experience will not be considered
• Proven experience with Impella, IABP and managing ventilated patients (vents)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (as listed in job details)
• Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and Meditech electronic medical records

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in cardiac catheterization lab procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI and PPM support
• Experience with vascular/peripheral intervention and EP procedures is a plus
• Ability to work independently with a strong, positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Comfortable in high-acuity, fast-paced procedural settings and on-call scenarios
