Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care with accuracy and compassion
• Perform thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document according to facility policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care
• Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and promote optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility standards, infection control, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the U.S. (state-specific requirements will apply)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred when applicable
• Previous acute care or long-term care nursing experience preferred
• Current ACLS/PALS certifications if required by the specialty unit
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and meet credentialing timelines

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and charting accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Critical thinking and prioritization in fast-paced clinical settings
• Adaptability to new environments and facility protocols
