Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general, spine, and urology cases
Prepare and maintain sterile fields throughout each procedure
Assist surgeons with instrumentation and supplies during ortho, vascular, and general surgeries
Collaborate with the OR team to ensure smooth case flow in a high-volume environment
Support patient safety by following strict sterile technique and OR protocols

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of full-time surgical tech experience required
BLS certification required
Hands-on experience with ortho, vascular, and general surgery cases
Strong scrubbing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work night shifts and take call as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in scrubbing for multiple surgical specialties
Familiarity with total joint, spine, and urology procedures
Knowledge of sterile technique and OR safety standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical department
Cerner EMR experience a plus
