Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Self-scheduling with manager balancing. 2 weekends required per 4-week schedule. Holiday requirements for Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate MedSurg/Tele patient care to a diverse caseload including COVID, respiratory, GI, diabetic, TIA, CVA, and surgical patients
Interpret telemetry strips and sign documentation at least once per shift
Collaborate with remote tele techs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes
Float to East Campus or PCU when qualified, expanding your clinical skill set
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a 48-bed unit with supportive ratios

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience reading basic telemetry strips
Some experience with general, orthopedic surgical, CVA, and TIA patients preferred
Cerner experience recommended

Telemetry strip interpretation
MedSurg patient care
