Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate mental health counseling to individuals in need
Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
Document clinical notes accurately and maintain compliance standards
Support patients through crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support

Qualifications

Active LPCC or LCSW license in California
Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
Experience working in mental health settings preferred
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and diagnosis
Individual and group therapy techniques
Crisis intervention strategies
Electronic health record documentation
Treatment planning and care coordination
