Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate mental health therapy to individuals and families
Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
Document clinical progress and maintain accurate patient records
Facilitate therapeutic interventions that promote emotional well-being

Qualifications

Current LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist license in California
Experience in mental health settings preferred
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Individual and family therapy techniques
Clinical documentation and charting
Risk assessment and crisis intervention
Cognitive behavioral approaches
Treatment planning and progress monitoring
