Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain their voice and communication skills in the comfort of their own homes
Create personalized therapy plans that make a real difference in daily living
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support lasting progress
Document patient outcomes and celebrate every milestone achieved

Qualifications

Current California SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Home health experience a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication with patients and families
Ability to work independently in home settings
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
