Location: Silverdale, WA

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, days (Saturday-Sunday) or nights (Friday-Saturday), block scheduling available, rotating holidays with perm staff

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend deliveries independently and assist with C-sections as a circulator
Provide comprehensive care to mothers and babies in LDRP and postpartum units
Titrate critical drips including Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin
Monitor fetal heart tracings using Centricity-perinatal system
Support newborn transition and provide postpartum education
Collaborate with a team of OBGYNs, hospitalists, NNPs, and anesthesia providers
Float between mother-baby and postpartum units as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience (1 year considered with multiple travel assignments)
Must have LDRP experience and be comfortable attending deliveries and circulating C-sections
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
Willingness to adapt to unit workflows and policies

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in drip titration (Magnesium, Pitocin, Insulin)
Proficient in EFM monitoring and interpretation
Skilled in C-section circulation and newborn transition
Experience with Centricity-perinatal system
Strong postpartum and mother-baby care skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced birthing center
