Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages
Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with physicians and the care team for seamless treatment
Document patient information accurately and promptly
Educate patients and families on next steps and follow-up care

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
Previous ER or acute care experience a plus
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing protocols
Triage and rapid assessment
IV insertion and medication administration
Electronic health record documentation
Team collaboration under pressure
