Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with care and precision
Position patients and equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the electronic chart
Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
Participate in orientation and training activities to stay current with facility practices

Qualifications

Valid state Radiologic Technologist license (MO) or eligibility to obtain one
ARRT certification preferred or equivalent credential
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Comfort working with diverse patient populations and a team-focused mindset
Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality

Education

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent formal training
ARRT certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with radiographic positioning and imaging techniques
Familiarity with radiation safety and infection control practices
Ability to operate radiology equipment and troubleshoot basic issues
Strong interpersonal skills for patient care and teamwork
Accurate documentation and basic electronic health record navigation
