Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert care for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and offer second opinions for complex cases
• Document and coordinate care using the EPIC EMR to ensure seamless communication across the system
• Participate in clinical research and clinical trials to bring cutting-edge treatments to patients
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nurse navigators, and care managers to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
• Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions to advance patient outcomes and program growth

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Active or eligible for medical licensure in Colorado
• Demonstrated experience in hematology/oncology patient management, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR or willingness to adopt and master the system
• Experience or interest in clinical research and participation in clinical trials
• Comfortable with minimal shared call responsibilities and collaborative practice models
• Visa support available for qualified candidates

Education

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical expertise in hematology and oncology disease management
• Treatment planning and delivering evidence-based cancer care
• Clinical research processes and clinical trials participation
• Strong patient consultation and second opinion skills
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR documentation and workflows
• Team collaboration, communication, and care coordination with nurse navigators and APPs
