Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, functional, and physical impairments using evidence-based approaches
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve meaningful goals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed to maximize outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Missouri PT license (Required)
• BLS certification (Required)
• Previous rehab experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and clear communication skills

• Patient evaluation and assessment best practices
• Individualized treatment planning and progression
• Rehabilitation interventions across a variety of conditions
• Clear, timely documentation and charting
• Collaborative teamwork with nurses, physicians, and other therapists
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients and families
