Roles & Responsibilities

Provide thorough occupational therapy evaluations and design effective treatment plans
Deliver hands-on OT treatments focused on improving activities of daily living and safety
Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
Maintain timely, accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Coach patients and families on strategies to maximize independence and safety
Contribute to a positive care environment that supports recovery and quality of life

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapy license (required)
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with clinical experience
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a plus
Strong patient-care focus with excellent time-management skills
Clear, professional communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to compliant documentation and best clinical practices

Knowledge & Skills

Occupational therapy evaluations and treatment planning
ADL training and safety awareness interventions
Interdisciplinary communication and teamwork
Clinical documentation best practices and regulatory compliance
Patient-centered care and rehabilitation approaches
Time-management in a busy SNF environment
