Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients with compassion and clinical accuracy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create cohesive, patient-centered care plans
• Complete timely, thorough documentation in NetHealth according to facility standards
• Manage caseloads efficiently while prioritizing patient safety and functional outcomes
• Float to a nearby sister facility as needed to maintain continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapy license or application in process under the 60-day rule
• SNF experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome and mentorship is available
• Strong documentation skills and comfort using NetHealth or similar EMR systems
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Flexible, collaborative mindset with the ability to float between nearby sites

Knowledge & Skills

• Occupational therapy evaluation and treatment in a skilled nursing setting
• Thorough, standards-based documentation practices

• Caseload and time-management strategies
• Familiarity with NetHealth or equivalent clinical software
