Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with every 3rd weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving daily living skills and quality of life
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Cerner EMR
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Home health experience preferred
Experience with Oasis documentation required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Cerner electronic medical records
Strong knowledge of Oasis assessment and documentation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
Flexibility to adapt to different patient environments and needs
