Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Move stock safely and efficiently using proper equipment and techniques
• Pick, pack, and stage orders to support timely distribution and supply chain flow
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and infection control practices
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) following all safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to typical warehouse limits (site-specific requirements apply)
• Strong attention to detail and basic inventory/math skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; required documentation will be verified

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with inventory control and basic warehouse processes
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of safe material handling techniques and PPE use
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Problem-solving mindset to identify and report inventory discrepancies
