Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts across all days of the week, including weekends and holidays; Day 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Evening 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Night 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM; OT rotation may be required. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately to long term care residents
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition
• Provide ADL assistance with dignity and compassion
• Deliver wound VAC care and other advanced wound treatments
• Manage gastrostomy tube care and CPAP support
• Administer nebulized treatments and skin treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate resident-centered plans
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families and staff

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii LPN license required by start of assignment
• Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical or religious exemption prior to start
• Experience in long term care and competency with medication administration and wound care
• Comfortable providing gastrostomy tube care, CPAP and nebulized treatments
• Able to work varied 8-hour shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and participate in OT rotation
• Ability to complete employee health clearance prior to contract start
