Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in line with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to the care team
Document resident care and observations clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support residents and families with clear communication and a calm presence
Maintain infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Local candidates only; must have reliable transportation
Willingness to follow required return-to-office (RTO) terms as noted in the contract
Comfortable working in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred or willing to obtain

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable with resident assessment and recognizing changes in condition
Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
Accurate documentation and basic familiarity with electronic health records
Good time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
