Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform timely and accurate documentation of patient status and care
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
Assist with ADLs, mobility, and comfort measures to support quality of life
Collaborate with nursing staff and facility leadership to ensure smooth handoffs
Participate in infection control and safety practices to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license where applicable)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine clinical tasks
Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma/certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assessment and documentation skills
Medication administration and basic wound care knowledge
Familiarity with patient safety and infection control practices
Good interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
Reliable time management and the ability to work independently when needed
