Shift Type: Per diem schedule, days vary; 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in the Lebanon center
Administer medications and follow physician orders accurately and safely
Assess and monitor patient status, reporting changes promptly to the team
Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist patients with activities of daily living and support comfort and dignity
Educate patients and families about care plans and follow-up needs

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — class listed as LPN for this role
Active license to practice in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
Comfort working 12+ hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) on a per diem basis
Strong clinical judgment, compassion, and reliable communication skills
Basic life support (BLS) certification is commonly requested or preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and basic clinical procedures
Safe medication administration and attention to detail
Clear, timely documentation and charting skills
Good time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy setting
Teamwork and effective communication with patients, families, and staff
