Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely, documenting accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes to the clinical team promptly
Support nursing assessments and assist with procedures as directed
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
Maintain accurate, timely charting and follow facility policies
Contribute to a positive unit culture by mentoring peers and sharing best practices

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
Graduation from an accredited LPN program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Clinical experience caring for adult or geriatric patients preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Ability to pass required background and health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid medication administration and documentation skills
Knowledge of basic nursing assessments and vital sign interpretation
Comfort working in a fast-paced long-term/post-acute care environment
Familiarity with electronic health records and standard charting practices
Good time management and prioritization under shifting workloads
