Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents throughout each shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and escalate concerns promptly
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to implement individualized care plans
Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and hygiene assistance
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in residents’ records
Follow facility protocols for infection control and resident safety at all times

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico (required)
Comfortable working the listed schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Local candidates only (note: position is LOCAL ONLY)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing (LPN/LVN) program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and clinical assessment
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Basic wound care and vital sign monitoring
Effective charting and clinical record keeping
Infection control and resident safety procedures
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication with families and staff
