Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN on assigned units
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document in the medical record
Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
Support activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Assist with admission, transfer and discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions
Participate in care planning and patient education to promote positive outcomes

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain promptly)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work the scheduled days (Sun, Fri, Sat) and maintain reliable attendance

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program (diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing principles and LPN scope of practice
Proficient in medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting best practices
Good assessment and clinical observation skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong interpersonal skills to engage patients, families and the care team
