Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (as scheduled), Days vary, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, evening shift (non-overnight)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered direct care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility while preserving dignity
Take and record vital signs accurately and report meaningful changes to the nursing team
Maintain clear, timely documentation of care and observations
Support safe transfers and infection control practices
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote excellent care

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Comfortable working evening shifts and adapting to per diem schedules
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to resident safety and comfort

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of personal care and assistance with ADLs
Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observation
Basic infection prevention and safe transfer techniques
Accurate documentation and effective communication
Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with nursing staff
Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
