Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem (as-needed), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (overnight)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care during overnight hours
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Accurately document care, observations, and resident responses
Support safe transfers and mobility to prevent falls and maintain independence
Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care across shifts
Maintain infection control and a clean, comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (VT or NH as applicable)
Valid state-required licensure and active standing to practice
Comfort working independently overnight and exercising good judgment
Current basic life support/CPR preferred or required per facility policy
Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Resident-focused bedside skills and safe patient handling
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
Basic clinical observation: vital signs, skin integrity, behavior changes
Accurate charting and familiarity with common documentation practices
Time management and the ability to prioritize overnight tasks
Infection prevention and standard precautions
