Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days as scheduled), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents as an LNA
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and record changes in residents' conditions and communicate concerns to nursing staff
Support mealtime assistance and ensure residents receive appropriate nourishment
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents at all times
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification for VT or NH
Active state nursing assistant registry in good standing
Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus but new grads are welcome
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of personal care procedures and resident dignity principles
Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
Comfortable working in a team and taking direction from nursing staff
Good time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with residents and families
