Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (overnight)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance to residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable care environments for patients
Support timely meal assistance and documentation (including meal breaks)
Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Follow care plans and infection control standards to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification (VT or NH licensure preferred or able to obtain)
Recent experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar patient-care setting preferred
Ability to pass any required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved LNA program and active LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: ADLs, transfers, feeding, and vital signs
Familiarity with charting and basic documentation practices
Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
Teamwork mindset and clear communication with clinical staff
