Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assist with safe transfers and mobility support while prioritizing dignity and comfort
Monitor and record vital signs and resident observations accurately
Follow care plans and communicate changes promptly to the nursing team
Support mealtime and basic nutritional needs while respecting resident preferences
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Build trusting relationships with residents and families through respectful communication

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required (New Hampshire; ability to obtain VT credential if covering Vermont shifts)
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working night shifts and supporting a variety of resident needs
Dependable, compassionate, and a strong team player
Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and the care team
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident safety
Basic charting and documentation skills
